All the players at the junior level play i the formation of 5-3-2, where each and everyone has fixed responsibility like defenders or full backs just have to cler the ball and its the job of the forward line to retrieve it and score the goals by individual skills of a player. But at international the game is different. We have seen the performance of Indian team where new and experienced players could not gel with the European style of hockey. Gurvinder Singh Chandi is the biggest example of that. He is known to have good dribbling skills. But at the level of game it is not possible to dribble and from the point and score a goal.
