FIH has said that they will conduct a tournament in India ever year. It is a good news for the game. Indian hockey team does not play many tournaments in a year. They need to be fit to play with teams like Australia and Netherlands. It does not matter that we finish last but the exposure the team will get and even the monetary benefits will help the morale of the team. This can create a good bench strength for the country. I hope FIH sticks to its word and goes ahead with this idea and conducts tournament for the betterment of the game..
